The Humane Society of North Central Florida’s live release rate in 2022 was 98.35% (Total Live Outcome divided by Total Live Intake). Our Memberships

Humane Society of North Central Florida is a proud participant of the Shelter Animals Count initiative. Shelter Animals Count is a new, collaborative initiative formed by a diverse group of stakeholders to create and share a national database of sheltered animal statistics, providing facts, and enabling insights that will save even more lives in years to come.

Our organization is proud to be a GuideStar Platinum Nonprofit Profile participant. Platinum lets us show quantitative metrics on the progress we’re making toward our mission. 

We are proud to share our key metrics with the world and highlight the changes we’re making. We want to give donors and funders an alternative to simplistic financial ratios to evaluate us. We encourage other nonprofits to do the same.
