Purrs & Tales – HSNCF’s Reading Program

Purrs & Tales is a reading program at the Humane Society of North Central Florida designed to help children build reading confidence while interacting with adoptable shelter cats and kittens. Children ages 5 to 12 will practice reading aloud in a calm, supportive environment while spending one-on-one time with adoptable cats in designated cat rooms. The program creates a fun and engaging experience that promotes literacy, empathy, and animal enrichment.
