Group Volunteer Information

Thank you for your group’s interest in volunteering with the Humane Society of North Central Florida! There are several ways for groups to get involved. Please take a moment to review the options below:
  1. The Humane Society of North Central Florida relies on group volunteers for events and special projects as the need arises. Groups should email their name, contact information, and group size to volunteer@humanesocietyncfl.org. Your information will be added to our group volunteer list and we will reach out to you as group volunteer opportunities arise. Please note: group volunteer opportunities will be given out on a first come, first served basis and the need for group volunteer help does vary.
  2. Donation drives are another fantastic option for group volunteers interested in supporting our organization. Collecting donations for the animals in our care is always greatly appreciated! For more information on what items we frequently need, where to get them and how to drop them off, please visit: www.humanesocietyncfl.org/donate.
  3. Finally, group members are always welcome to sign up for individual volunteer shifts. We ask that all group members follow the instructions listed on our Individual Volunteer Information Page.

If you have questions or would like more information on how your group can get involved, please email volunteer@humanesocietyncfl.org or give us a call at 352-373-5855 Ext. 706. Thank you for your support!
